OK, don’t freak out, but there is an Animal Crossing: New Horizons version of Monopoly. And — please continue to not freak out — it’s on sale.

Monopoly has made plenty of themed board games before, like the Game of Thrones edition that comes with music. But something about Animal Crossing and Monopoly collaborating just feels right. I mean, the similarities between Tom Nook and the Monopoly guy (whose name is actually Rich Uncle Pennybags) are alarming.

In this game, two to four players can live the island lifestyle, complete tasks, make friends with other characters, and immerse themselves in the world of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. After the first trip around the board, players choose a Skill card, which they can use for the rest of the game.

As in the video game, you can stop at Nook’s Cranny and cash in Bells to buy decorations, which are worth Nook Miles. The player with the most Nook Miles wins the game.
