According to neighbors, West’s crews have been working seven days a week, including more than 12 hours on Saturday — against 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. regulations — and additional work on Sunday, which is forbidden outright. On Sunday evening around 7:30 p.m., a neighbor living adjacent to the property finally called the cops to complain about the noise. The police ordered the crew to stop immediately and they complied.
