This list is one of my favorites, because these gifts are for the most part very useful. There are some things in this list that I own and use everyday, like the airfryer for example.
Staying in shape is not a easy task, and so I hope you can use this list to make someone happy and fit!
The options I have selected are very safe and good for most people. But be careful if you are going to think of “fit gifts” outside of this list.
I have a friend who gave his girlfriend, whom he thought needed to lose weight, a one year gym membership fro Christmas lol. Lets just say she was pretty offended, so be careful and choose wisely. Take a look at these Gifts for the Fitness Addicts (men and women).
With this scale you can not only monitor your weight but you can track your full body composition – weight, BMI, total body fat and water percentage plus bone and muscle mass. And it has Automatic WiFi or Bluetooth synchronization with your smartphone.
I actually gave a scale very similar to this a couple years ago to my mother-in-law, she loved it and still uses it.
I have this same airfryer and use it everyday. This is a life saver. You can cook meats, vegetables, and even make french fries, all without any oil. I mean zero oil! And it tastes very good, not like it’s a low fat, low calorie food but like normal food.
For someone wanting to eat healthy this is the perfect gift.
This shoe is also a fitness tracker. It recognizes when you start running, uses a battery that will outlast the shoe itself and doesn’t even require you to have your smartphone during exercise. So if you don’t like to wear a watch or carry your phone this is a great option.
And to finalize, here is a luxurious and unique fitness gift. You can use it to workout and also decorate your home.
The set includes six pairs of dumbbells in weights ranging from 10-20kg, crafted from 303 non-reactive stainless steel, and a rack made from sustainably-grown solid walnut with a aluminum frame, very nice!
There is a lot of people in the world who are starving and won’t even get dinner on Christmas day (don’t even get me started) let alone a gift. But yet, at least in the US and some other developed countries, as a brutal contrast most people have everything they need or want. With that in mind, I believe this list is very good because you have useful gifts that even the ones with everything can appreciate.
So if you are reading this post, be grateful this Christmas (and always) because it means you have a computer and access to the internet, which is much more then a lot of people dream of. Spread generosity and enjoy the holidays!
